in quality assembly to very tight tolerances. Whether a short run or mass production, the manufacturing process
itself is designed to increase efficiency and reduce time from draftboard to packing table.
And since everything is done in-house, there is immediate response to design changes or any variation in manufacturing.

Quality Control

Quality control is in-process, giving immediate response to the smallest divergence from spec. Followup is done on all
methodological reports, and advanced CNC measurement and adjustment assure high-tolerance production.
And because everything is on-line and in-house, required changes can be made without delay.

Assembly

All assembly is done in Colibri's modern, spacious and clean 1,200 square meter production hall.
An experienced staff is both flexible in meeting the demands of manufacture and conscientiously bound
to strict requirements and rigid deadlines.

Balancing

All spindle balancing is done in-house to G 0.4 standards, using the most advanced testing and balancing equipment
available, providing immediate feedback to the production floor and guaranteeing the highest spindle performance.

Spindel Testing
|

Every spindle that comes off the floor is put through a rigorous series of tests to ensure its quality and adherence to
specifications. A detailed report, packed with every spindle, details the test results of speed, run out, vibration,
stiffness, load capacity, current, and airflow.
